This bachelor thesis describes the automation of selected company process using RPA technology.According to the appropriate parameters, two tools are selected for the process robotization. The selected process is robotized using UiPath and UltimateRPA. The results of this robotization are compared from different points of view.

Bachelor thesis deals with principles of RPA application for the field of administrative processes automation. Thesis states possible risks, benefits and technologies related to RPA. The main part of the thesis outlines key indicators of processes that are suitable for automation, key areas on which company should focus when implementing RPA and fundamentals of RPA implementation. The following part of the thesis analyses products of leading companies in RPA sector. In the last part a company process for automation is recommended. The selection of the process is explained given the facts found in the previous parts of the thesis.

Robotic automation tools are compared with each other and two are subsequently selected for development of the automation – the UiPath software and the AiVIRO library. Realized automations are compared and evaluated in conclusion.

The diploma thesis focuses on the use of automated technologies that can be used in the accounting profession to make work more efficient and especially in the processing of accounting documents. The aim of the diploma thesis is to identify the possibilities of introducing automation in accounting processes and, based on own measurements, to build a model for calculating the benefits of introducing automation in accounting and tax offices. Thanks to a detailed analysis of the manual invoice processing of ten employees in a selected firm, the costs that the firm has to spend on their work were identified and used in the model. The results of the model showed that the cost of manual invoice processing is higher than the cost of software designed for invoice extraction and it is worthwhile to proceed to automation. Finally, the results are evaluated and recommendations are formulated to help other companies when deciding to implement automated invoice processing.

Následující text se zabývá otázkou automatizovaného testování uživatelských rozhraní aplikací pro Windows. Konkrétně tato práce navrhuje samostatné softwarové řešení napsané v jazyce Python, které nahrazuje existující software SikuliX pro testování uživatelských rozhraní elektronových mikroskopů v Thermofisher Scientific. Tato práce diskutuje o výhodách a implementačnách detailech tohoto nového řešení a jsou navrženy další možné způsoby rozšíření tohoto softwaru. Výsledky jsou testovány na různých aplikacích, včetně aplikace pro řízení mikroskopu xT od společnosti Thermofisher scientific.

In my thesis I engage into automation of data in auditing firm. Theoretical part includes basics of audit in firms and Information Systems (IS). Furthermore, there are described more ways to grasp the issue of automation. I am comparing macros in MS Excel with modern method of robotic automation. In practical part I am comparing these alternatives and seeking ideal solution for auditing firm that I chose.
